Tip: Most shipping locations like FedEx or USPS have printers that you can use. Our letter template is only 1 page so it would be super cheap (<$1 or even free) to get it printed there, or at your work or local library.

When scanning your letter, we recommend taking a picture with your phone instead of using a scanning app, this provides a much clearer letter print quality since most phone cameras are very high quality resolution! Then just reply to the order confirmation email with your letter picture attached (or send it to us using a free file sharing site like WeTransfer).

Since these are personalized and made to order items, we do not offer refunds. However we do offer free replacement orders in the unlikely event your order is lost or the blanket doesn’t come out as you expected due to printing errors. These rarely happen, but we want to make sure you 100% satisfied with your purchase.

Just press “Yes” to accept it and we’ll upgrade your order to two blankets and you’ll be able to write a custom letter for each blanket (and save money). This upgrade is optional, you can press “No” to decline it and we’ll process your original order of one blanket.
