How do I upload my pet's photo?
No need to upload a photo now — just place you order to get started. Then you’ll get an email with a link to upload your favorite photo whenever you’re ready. That way, you have time to pick the perfect picture—no rush. Placing your order now also secures your spot in our artist queue. As soon as we receive your photo, we’ll start hand-drawing your custom portrait and send a preview within 2 business days. You’ll get unlimited revisions to make sure it captures your pet’s look, spirit, and the special connection you share.
When will it be shipped?
Once we receive your pet's photo, please give us 3 business days for our artists to create your custom design. We'll send you a preview to approve before moving forward. After you approve the final artwork, it takes 2-3 business days to transform your design into beautiful wall art. Once it ships, delivery typically takes another 2-5 business days depending on your location. Most customers receive their finished portrait in the mail 7 business days after placing their order.
How big is the portrait?
Our standard portrait size is 16"x20" — perfect for gifting or displaying prominently in any room. Once you place your order, you'll be redirected to a special offer page where you can upgrade your size to 20x36 or 24x36 inch canvas print if you'd like something larger for a bolder display or a special focal point in your home. This is optional, you can decline the upgrade and we'll ship out the standard 16x20 portrait size.
What kind of photo works best?
Clear, well-lit photos with your pet's face centered work best! We're looking for images that capture your pet's unique personality and expression — those moments that perfectly show who they are to you. But don't worry — if we need anything else to create a great result, we'll reach out and help guide you to ensure we capture your pet's essence perfectly.
Does this come with a frame?
No frame is needed! Your portrait is printed on a gallery-wrapped canvas, which means the artwork extends around the edges and is ready to hang as-is — clean, modern, and frame-free. This contemporary approach ensures your pet's portrait will complement any home décor style.
What if I don't like the artwork?
We understand how important it is to get your pet's portrait just right — this is a representation of a family member, after all. That's why we offer unlimited revisions before your portrait is printed to make sure you're completely happy with how it looks before it's shipped. We won't proceed to production until you feel we've truly captured your pet's unique personality and spirit.
Is this only for dogs?
Our talented artists can hand-draw dogs, cats, rabbits, horses, birds, and any furry, feathered or scaled friend you consider family! Each portrait is approached with the same attention to detail and care, regardless of species.
Can this be horizontal (landscape)?
Yes! Just let your artist know you'd like a horizontal (landscape) layout when you send your pet's photo after checkout. If no preference is mentioned, our artists will default to a vertical (portrait) orientation.
Can I include multiple pets?
The price above is only for 1 pet in your portrait. If you have multiple pets you can order again for each one (we offer discounts after your first order for our repeat customers). Many customers with multiple pets create a beautiful gallery wall featuring each of their beloved companions.
Do you offer digital downloads?
We do not offer digital files — it's our way of protecting the care and craftsmanship that our artists use to create your designs. But once your portrait is delivered and you absolutely love it, just email us saying you want it printed on more products. We can then help you print your pet portrait on mugs, shirts, pillows, blankets, and more — right from our design studio and ship it to you. It's an additional way to enjoy your pet's portrait across many products you'll use and cherish every day.
Do you offer refunds?
Because each piece is made-to-order, we're not able to offer refunds after production begins.

Once you approve the final design, your portrait enters production and is custom-printed just for you.
